I just received my mom's meals 3 days ago they are so healthy and great better than meals on Wheels those are horrible but Mom's meals are the best I'm a type 1 diabetic about it since I was born type 1 diabetes these are helping me to gain weight Plus keep me out of low blood sugars now I don't have to use the glucagon emergency shot as often as I used to for low blood sugars because seizures are very rough on me I've already broke my back and neck having low blood sugars

I received 25 dinners six breakfasts and wheat bread in separate packs and buns

You can microwave them for 4 minutes and they're perfect

If you end up not liking the food you can always cancel. But it is free food and a good service they provide for those who may need it.
