How do the rails and channels come assembled when the panel in the project is opened in 3D?

There is a huge disconnect between Solidworks Electrical and Solidworks Electrical 3D. I want to be able to use the Solidworks Insert > Table > Bill of Materials and Auto Balloon. But it references the 3D CAD Feature Properties for descriptions and part numbers. I would expect that it would use the same data from the Solidworks Electrical Manufacturer Part Manager.

I followed your last video to create same design. When I started this video tutorial I saw that the 3D model of control panel was already present in your electrical project management list, where as it was not present in mine. Can you answer why? How did you convert 2D model of control panel, which you design in last tutorial into 3D model??

This is neat, but how do you convert it to AutoCAD with set layers so you can deliver your design to the 90%+ of customers that have all of their electrical and process drawings in autocad?

I recently archived a project in SWE2016 and brought it back into SWE2018. When I connected to SWE and SW 3D and opened the project assy all the part names in the SW feature tree reverted to their original SW file names. That is they didn't match the Component names from the SWE Root Mark. I noticed that in the SW System Options->External References the "Update component names when documents are replaced" was checked. This seems to impact how the assy opens and it reverts the part names back to the file name. If I replace each component from the 3D Feature Tree with itself; (i.e. the same component found in the SolidworksData Solidworks Projects folder) the right names come back. I can't work out how I lost the reference? Its somewhere in the EW_TAG or Mark name that it pulls from SQL but because the system was set to update component names it lost the refs. How can I fix this without having to go back and re-insert or replace all the components again.
