The idea of creating a personal brand is something that feels sticky for a lot of my clients. It feels big, permanent, and the desire to 'get it right' often gets in the way of ever getting started.
From my experience, personal branding is an evolution. It's the expression of you and your values through your work. This is why I always recommend that before doing any kind of personal branding work, values work is done. Many people have a sense of their values but to articulate and bring these values to life in your business is a different thing.
