So strange-my daily reading this morning was 7 of Coins + The World + 10 of Wands. 😮 The Middia is my favorite Lenormand in my collection. I also find combining Lenormand with tarot gives a lot of depth to a reading.

Years ago, when I was running a home daycare, we had a basket of “story stones” - small, smooth stones we had glued little pictures and drawings onto. When we wanted a fresh story we’d take turns pulling a stone and seeing where it took us (my daycare children loved, “talking stories”). On days when it was truly too miserable to go outside we’d make more stones for our stories :) Back in the day of tape recorders I would sometimes tape the children telling their stories. A mom of one of my long-ago charges dropped by earlier this week to tell me that she had found some tapes I’d made of her then 5-year-old daughter telling stories to a friend. She has duplicated the tapes and will be taking them as a Christmas gift to her now grown daughter who has a 5-year-old of her own! Stories weave such wonderful connections.

Love Sasuraibito. It expresses the senses somehow, like the bright light of the sun. I'm not familiar with Lenormand. Reading cards is such a vast discipline. I'm always wowed.
