Hey man! thanks for uploading this video! my first PC which I got for free from the mosque I went to gave me a HP DC7900 with this processor it was the first PC I took apart and put back together and ran emulation of the Nintendo 64 great memories with that machine.

I still use this chip in my old HP work from home computer. It is slow but gets everything done. Logging into Amazon Workspaces takes forever. But once you're logged in you're good to go with any Office tasks.

I have the pentium dual core of the same gen, but it runs at 2.93Ghz, for basic tasks like web browsing, office etc it works fine, but gaming? No, even paired with a gt 1030, the small pentium can't keep up. What i think is weird, is that the name 'Pentium', was once used for their top of the line range, but now, it is used to sell budget cpus, though they will stop using the pentium name all together.

Great video! Maybe in the future you can also benchmark Euro Truck Simulator 2, I feel like it would fit with these types of older CPUs/GPUs

Great video! And I do agree with the other guy on ETS2, If you are up for it, you can also try running StarCraft 2 match with spectating only bots? other than it showing an interesting gameplay, it could surprisingly be very CPU intensive game on tgise old chips
