Right now where I live, a Bucks County Democrat publicly stated she didn't care about court rulings and will ignore them...trying to save Bob Casey's rear end and erase a senate seat for the Trump admin. They opened Pandoras Box and weaponized the DOJ and other agencies to go after their political opponents. Their allies in the media ran with all their talking points. But-a great big butt--the minority party is still powerful enough to obstruct EVERY measure put forth by the victors--there's enough checks and balances to hold the line against Progress for two years and the failure of the majority to overcome pervasive sabotage is the road to clawing back political power. Already the losing minority party is blatantly breaching anything they don't like--and then sneering "conspiracy theory" when called out on their BS. Partisan politics is all about achieving total power. I was laughing when the now-minority party attempted to kill the filibuster, the tool of the week, guerrilla legislation of the minority. Your guess is as good as mine 🤝 "When I was in the Army 40 years ago we you used to make fun of those in the National Guard and ROTC. We must be hard up for real heroes these days. Petey served for only 1 year in combat service, the remaining of his military career he was a cop at Guantanamo and an SENIOR instructor on insurgency. I don't know what qualitied him for that job. He has 2 Bronze stars. There have been over a million Bronze stars handed out. I sure like to find out how Petey earned his. USMS can’t enforce a State Supreme Court (Pennsylvania) ruling. It would take a Federal Court ruling to be violated and then the federal judge would have to have another hearing when someone violates their order. Eventually they’d get around to ruling the offending party in contempt of court. Then they’d issue an arrest warrant. Then the US Marshall’s could go to work. Since this is a state court issue, someone would have to petition the court (file a complaint & have skin in the game, aka “Standing”) and request and get a hearing. The see the paragraph above and re-lace federal law enforcement agents with State Police. State police are run by the Governor. He’s a democrat. I’m totally sure he’s gonna get right on that and make enforcing it a Top Priority, not.

Brilliant update S2 Thankyou. I pray you forgive my input. It is intended for those who have no idea what a "Civil Studies" Class even means now. Re: Shadow Cabinet: [ What follow is for those who didn't get that "Civil Studies" Class ] This is too important to not know, so please pardon my input below, Friends. What our Friend S2 Underground has raised is too important to not comprehend, at least the basics. A Shadow Cabinet is a convention which arises from the practice which developed under the practice of the Legal Doctrine of Responsible Government from the common law of England. The conflation of the European concepts of government which greatly diverged from the other civil law secular based jurisdictions of Europe obscures the significance of what happened when the former Colonies, most particularly the USA; Australia in particular continued to develop the common law based on the adopted legal foundational jurisprudence [Natural Law Jurisprudence ] which formed the cultural basis of the written Constitutions. It is the foundational adopted legal jurisprudence which provides the implied legal principles, concepts and meaning to give meaning and context to the express words used in both Constitutions. In essence, it is the adopted Jurisprudence upon which a Constitution is drafted that establishes the foundational "culture". In both the USA and Australia that was an inheritance of the thousands of years of developed lived experience from Socrates, Plato, Aristotle to the wisdoms of Christianity and Aquinas which formed our culture at its essence. Although all cultures diverge over time the foundational virtues and concepts and the "worldview" upon which we developed is the foundation of our common law society which adopted under both Constitutions the Unalienable Natural Rights of all Citizens. Why is this important to understand and what does this have to do with "Shadow Cabinet?" I apologize in advance because this is overly simplistic: "Shadow Cabinet" where is exists is not a constitutional beast, as such and arises from historical convention. That is, it developed as part of the Westminster Doctrine of Responsible Government - where through government elected, or minority members who represent the "opposition" are all required by law to uphold the Constitution. They may disagree and argue and debate policy, that is their job to ensure and uphold Responsible-(accountable, transparent) elected Members/Representatives. Their public duty in this regard is to always uphold the Constitution, and to hold whatever government that may be in power to account with the adopted legal principle of the "common good" [ as opposed to the entirely foreign totalitarian civil law concept of the "greater good" which applies in Europe. The totalitarian civil law based legal system effectively took over the UK in the last several decades increasingly. This happened because of hostile foreign interference and hostile domestic agents of those foreign powers assumed and were installed in public office. The EU/UN laws effectively usurped the common law of the UK increasingly since 1950, largely because the UK never secured their common law Constitution based on the Natural Law Jurisprudence, as the USA and Australia did.] by a written Constitution. In England the their Judges were entirely unconstrained, and "made law" from their Bench but were free to apply entirely foreign "worldviews" and principles and concepts to their domestic laws. This initially infringed, then eroded and then corroded and usurped the the "unwritten" Constitution of the UK. To varying degrees since 1950 only the former Colonies- and some far more than others - retained the inheritance of "liberty", and put the Unalienable Natural Rights of Citizens beyond the reach of their government. Although the USA did not adopt the Doctrine of Responsible Government, the vital aspects of the Doctrine were adopted and put beyond the legislative reach of government and retained in the adopted foundational legal Natural Law Jurisprudence upon which the express provisions of the Constitution take their proper object and legal principles. Neither under the form of the Constitution of the USA [ a "National" form of common law Constitution] nor Australia [ a "State Rights" form of common law Constitution] - is there any Constitutional requirement for a "Cabinet"at law. It has no Constitutional status under either Constitution. It operates merely as a repository of the executive power. But the system of an elected responsible Cabinet Government rests on adopted historical conventions, but they do not have force of law. However, in the context of the Constitution of the USA, the Constitution makes express provision for the swearing of an Oath under Art. IV [4] s. 3; Art.II[2] s.1 ; s.3; and the 4th Amendment and the 14th Amendment, but in this context of a "Shadow Cabinet" importantly Art. VI[6]: "The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution;. . . " The legitimate public office of any elected member or member of the opposition must only be viewed within the context of their public office to uphold the Constitution, albeit they may not politically support a policy and may vigorously oppose a policy of the elected government there is a clear line they are prohibited from crossing in their role from opposing the legitimately elected government or the opposing the Constitution itself, that it not within its legitimate public office within public office and is a gross abuse of the public office which is an attack on the Administration of Government and/or an attack on the operation of the Constitution itself (both within the meaning of Treason and akin offences in the nature of subversion ). Their role as a "Shadow Cabinet" or Senate Minority Leaders or House Minority Leaders (USA) or a "Shadow Ministry" (Australia) is only capable of being lawfully exercised by conduct never extending to the commission of any crime committed in public office, whether they are under Oath or not in their public office. That is, they may legitimate oppose and debate governmental policy and issues of government administration relating to the executive and matters to uphold the concept of "common good" which was historically implied under the Constitution which was founded on the concept of the "public good" [ per the Declaration of Independence] which is synonymous with the moral requirement to act in the bona fide public interest of all American Citizens. It is necessary for those who have never been exposed to the brilliance of the inheritance of the Constitution, and the very many who have had no understanding of the most vital legally adopted implied principles of the Foundational Natural Law Jurisprudence which is now only retained by two Sovereign Countries, the USA and Australia. Yes, the majority of the World is now under totalitarian civil law jurisdictions where the Utilitarian Jurisprudence (under its multiplicity of guises and other names) has been instituted. The issue of "privilege" does not extend to crimes in public office, nor does "immunity" to crimes committed per title 18 criminal offences under the US Code, particularly chapter 115 Treason, sedition , and subversive activities. Such provisions as "privilege" and "immunity" were only ever created to uphold the Natural Law Jurisprudence, properly understood in the context of things done "in good faith". They can not be misconstrued and perverted into providing a "get out of jail free" card, on the basis the person was in a position of public power of influence at the time the committed a serious crime. The issue of Misprison of Treason, Treason, Rebellion or insurrection, Seditious conspiracy, Advocating overthrow of Government and Enlistment to serve against United States or Recruitment for same are not mitigated by the occupation of a position of public trust in a public office. To have committed such crimes in public office and thus in a position of trust is a serious aggravated element to what is the most serious range of crimes. A "Shadow Cabinet" must never become a "Shadow Government" because whilst the first is legitimate, the later is a Criminal Conspiracy to commit serious crime/s. GOD Bless

I am very thankful for you brother, we desperately need an organization like yours as we have swayed from the path set upon us as an obligatio to uphold the constitution.

@@Rowsey63Excuse me, but Missouri is also solidly red. The reason people think it's not is the (understandable) misconception that St Louis and Kansas City are actually part of Missouri. They are not. They're like butt warts: they're awful and technically attached but they don't belong.😂

@ I agree! That’s exactly what they are! Be safe, brother.

I know this is pedantic but I wish people would stop using the word red to refer to conservative. Red has always been the color of Marxism-communism, and in America that political affiliation is now somehow blue. It’s always seems especially subversive to me.

People are still people, and within any group, there will always be bad apples. Prepare for ALL of the bad apples, from those in our neighborhoods to those around the world... alongside the non-human threats like weather. Being prepared is understanding that you don't get to pick what challenges you will face, or when and where they will come from.

We'd all better get ready for up to 6 month's of financial chaos, it has a very probable chance to start in December and last through spring. If you're able to get it now, please do. And have ways to keep it safe and secure. 😎
