I have pretty bad back pain and poor posture in general; I’ve been doing this workout for a few months and while my back isn’t swol af it’s really helped the back pain stuff. If you have minor back pain I HIGHLY recommend this workout for general back-strengthening 👍

Ok.. I don't know about the others, but i have had this back pain for about 4 months. I did these exercises, and it is like magic, the pain is gone and i feel that there is some new support muscles in my lower back. This is my 3rd day, am doing them every day and huge difference. If you have back pain,try it, it could help you as it did to me.

Have u ever tried not using ur index finger and thumb for back exercises such as lat pulldowns cable rows etc? I had the same problem with that I didn't feel my back workouts but when my trainer suggested this it worked pretty well. It had something to do with releasing ur index finger and thumb helped your body focus more on your lats doing the exercise rather than your biceps, hope this helps

You can do it Toxic. Everybody should do 30 mins of cardio a day, it takes 24-48 hours for muscles to fix their microtears they get by working out, stretch, go for extension and rotation in your lifting exercises, and you can't outexercise a bad diet :) I'm still on my journey, but these helped me. Check out Athlen X on youtube as well. Cheers

I asked my friend for some back exercises, because I do Archery, and back muscles is one of the most important thing when drawing back the bow. They suggested this video, tried all 5 of these, and damn, i got exhausted after 3rd minute 😂 My favorite gotta be the seal push-up and Pulse Rows 💪🏼 The Reachers and Superman was too hard for me. Makes your head dizzy and heart racing 100% 😂🔥 Now gotta stay consistent and do these at least once a day 💪🏼 Thank you for the workout!

ElJay do it 3x a week, every other day. You don’t build muscle while working out, you break it down and it grows and rebuilds with rest. You don’t want to over work your muscles.

Thanks a million. I've been having sharp pain on my back when I take a deep breath after lying for many hrs. I've seen orthopedics, done x-rays, seen chiropractor, done exercises, but this is by far the best. I couldn't sleep on a soft matress without waking up with the sharp pains, but yesterday we slept in a hotel, afrer driving 6 hrs and the matress was super soft. After doing the exercises I slept like a baby, no pain, no nothing. Thank you so much.

When I first started working out, I did this as my only back workout, and it gave me the SMALLEST waist and a SNATCHED back. It’s 2 years later and I still do it as a burnout at the end of my workout. 10/10 recommend!

How come I didn´t notice this great back workout earlier! Tabata back I did earlier as well as Dumbbell back. Now I happily did this after 5 min Bicep, Shoulders and Triceps. Thank you for dragging me into workouts even in my lazy days!

Making sure to contract on every movement is important. You could pick any exercise, as not one is really better than the other as they all have their ways of shaping you back. The same goes for any muscle. It's how you perform it and the methods you implement that help you grow your back over time.

This won't make your fat go away it will just push it out. You can't target burn fat. If you want to lose back fat you have to do full body weight loss

Had a really bad posture, constant back problems and my shoulder and elbow joints keep cracking. Never worked out, but I've gotten motivated because of a hobby I have which requires back muscles. I'm thankful for these handy workout tutorials, really make me feel a burn 😅 been out of shape so long I finally decided to do something about it, progress is slow and my muscles get really sore and I tire out before I can even finish one set of 10 even with stretching. Hopefully I'll be in a lot better shape in a couple years 🤣 I.e I can't even do a single chin up when I barely weight 65 kg and I'm 18, that's a yikes for me and kind of get embarrassed when we have workouts during P.E and sometimes I just have to stand idle because I can't do some exercises.

Stop stretching before the workout. Do this in the evening, before you go to bed. It's a lot better.

I’ve been doing this for probably about three weeks to a month?? And I’d say it works well! I can’t really see results, as I don’t really gain muscle that easy, but I feel it! I occasionally get stabs of pain in my lower back, and going this seems to have helped! I recommend you take rest days though- I go two days on one day off normally.
