your reps wouldn't grow much because the more your muscles develop, the more force you'll exert😊
@AnabolicAliens7 жыл бұрын
If you do not feel the workout, that truly means that YOU are not pushing hard enough. Think about it, you are generating the force by pushing against the curl. Not only do you control how hard you push and how much focus you place on the bicep, but you're making your body work against itself. It's a constant challenge and you should feel it right from the start! No limits!!

I'm someone who's at least tried every single intense workout on this channel; at home (bodyweight), dumbbell, resistance band, advanced gym workouts, tabata ones, etc and if you push yourself, there is not one workout that isn't amazing and effective and allows you the ability to constantly progress. This is the only channel I strongly support because Mike offers the best content you could ever need if you just give it a try. It seriously is much harder than it looks. Always. I hope you all can relate to my experiences with these workouts and Anabolic Aliens. Just the best out there

I'm a girl, not skinny, but not fat. I don't expect to see any progress, but I hope it will help me anyways. I am really trying to get the pull ups down, but right now I can only do a half, but when I started i couldn't do none so I guess i'm progressing. This is what I hate about being a girl...
