For those wondering if this works, it does but it’ll take time. I’ve been doing these since February and now it’s May. My chest has gotten noticeably bigger and I’ve gotten stronger. The only way to feel and get results is to be consistent. Since starting I haven’t made an excuse or missed a day to work out. It’s boosted my confidence a ton, and most importantly my self esteem is at an all time high. I recommend doing these if you’re just starting to build up strength. I can’t really diet to get the fit look but it’s under all this fat man😂 but I’ve gotten stronger so when I can go all out I know I can push myself to a physical limit I never had before. Keep pushing, you got this💪🏾💪🏾

I’ve been doing it this and his ab workout, so far started keeping this to see how long we can continue and until the benefits come in💪🏾 Day 1 Definitely hard✅ Day 2 Little bit sore in my chest✅ Day 3 Rest❎ Day 4 Rest❎ Day 5 Gotten easier✅ Day 6 Much easier✅ Day 7 I can get through most of them for much longer✅ Day 8 Same as day 7✅ Day 9 Rest❎ Day 10 I feel like I’m a a lot more stronger now✅ Day 11 I got a lot of reps done today✅ Day 12 I felt really unmotivated today but I pushed through not gonna stop once I’m this far✅ Day 13 Great day it felt awesome doing it✅ Day 14 Rest❎ Day 15 Not too different✅ Day 16 Starting to see and feel more gains in my chest‼️though it’s not a lot something is definitely there✅ Day 17 Only did half today because my chest felt really sore☑️ Day 18 Much better today felt easier and more worth it✅ Day 19 Pretty good day my chest feels like it keeps on getting bigger✅ Day 20 So far the workout has been very effective my chest looks more swole and defined so if your paranoid about starting this just do it and quit wasting time‼️✅ Day 21 Rest day❎ Day 22 Coming back from rest my chest looked more bigger and defined and workout went smooth✅ Day 23 Not much of a difference✅ Day 24 Chest feels overall bigger✅ Day 25 I got so many reps done today it was crazy✅ Day 26 My chest is noticeably bigger✅ Day 27 Rest day❎ Day 28 My Chest honestly feels more toned✅ Day 29 Not bad today felt like I got more reps in✅ 🔥Day 30 ( 1 Month!!) This workout has been really effective for the last 30 days, at first its going to be very difficult and you might cramp a bit, but I promise if you stick through that you are going to see results.✅ Day 31 I'm gonna continue doing this until I return back to school, today- Felt great and my chest feels much lighter today (Lighter as in the workout was much easier) so I got a whole lot more reps in✅ Day 32 Rest day❎ Update - Im done with this workout for now as I think doing any more of this wont change my chest too much from what it looks right now. Review - This will start and feel hard asf at first but as you continue it gets increasingly much easier, the gains are great it will defenitely make your chest bigger/swoler and your chest will be much stronger than it was before. I recommend doing this once per day as doing anymore will destroy your chest so there wont be as good of gains, rest every 4-6 days or so and I didnt rlly do any diet for this but you know eat healthy food. Thanks for the time guys and good luck on your chest gain journey.
@duarteantunes62444 жыл бұрын
How many sets you did per day?
@exile82724 жыл бұрын
Duarte Antunes I only did once per day, you can try twice but I don’t think the gains would be sufficient by doing it twice a day
@Ia-wp3bu4 жыл бұрын
Astral wudnt doing more sets of it make ur gains better?
@exile82724 жыл бұрын
Ia You can try it as everyone is different but normally your chest muscles don’t heal as fast as your other muscles so you would need more time to heal up. Therefore doing it twice wouldn’t be as sufficient but you can try it out as I’m also pretty curious about what doing it twice a day would do for gains.

Been following you. Couldn't do a push up. Now I go window sill, desk top, then floor. On the window sill I can go all the way to the sill, I used to do 5 reps. Today I did 15 on normal and wide. whoop whoop. Thanks so much for being such a good coach. P.S. I'm 60. And I am rebuilding my tris, bis and pecs.

hey everyone, gonna try and perform this routine everyday for a month straight also gonna be pairing this with a fairly healthy diet and other workouts as well will update as frequently as i can day 1: challenging no doubt, but i felt good after. also really felt it in my arms too which i guess isn’t a bad thing to get some arm exercise in too day 2: none of my body is really too sore. again, felt it in the arms a lot. had to drop down to the knees on a few reps. also, there’s no way in hell i can push back up as fast as this guy is doing day 3: none of my body is all that sore today, i’m already seeing some pecs outlines (most especially above) the exercise seems to be getting a little bit easier but it’s still tough. feeling good though day 4: today was a rest day for everything day 5: went skiing and messed up my wrist so i decided to take another day off day 6: finally back at it, it was actually a lot easier than i remembered it. i didn’t have to go cheat any at all! my arms felt really sore after it all though day 7: i’m incredibly surprised at the results that i’m getting from just a week of this 5 minute workout. my arms always hurt after but the result is so worth it day 8: today was a pretty lazy day for me can’t lie. didn’t eat very good and layed around for most of the day so i had to do this routine later at night. and wow it’s surprisingly more challenging to do it at night as opposed to during the day day 9: honestly just forgot to do it lol day 10: i think i’m gonna update this every few days now instead of every day. feeling good about it thought and i’m really liking how things are coming along okay it’s been a minute since i last updated this but we back. i went back to school and it’s a little harder to complete it with having my friends back and more distractions. i still know i gotta stick to it and it’s coming along real well. it’s definitely working though because before i left my brother said even he was impressed with my chest gains (keep in mind i didn’t even tell him about this). just some motivation to keep going forward i’m feeling super good

OverlordZeilos it’s going good! i highly recommend it because it’s literally just 5 minutes of your day. it helps strengthen not only your chest, but also your arms. if you really want to start seeing definition you gotta get to a low enough bf % so that means diet!! but good luck and just remember it’ll be worth it in the end

I wonder what kind of changes you will see. I also wonder if weight lost would be one.

Really great workout--been doing for a month and I see results :) If your shoulders hurt, your hands are too far forward. Get them in line with your chest and you'll feel it much more

Day 8 Video 2: Here's how following up his 30 minute chest workout with this went: Normal push: Did one solid one and couldn't get back up Wide Push: Started from high position. As soon as I put a slight bend in my arm, collapsed, couldn't push back up Staggered: I started high, fell to my right. Reset back up high, fell to the left Negative: Turns out my arms don't know the meaning of slow, they only know how to collapse Isometric: He claims I'd feel it in my chest but I only felt it in my face this time Thanks for helping me destroy my body, thanks BullyJuice! Day 15 Video 2: Just destroyed between the two, simple as that. Also, huge shout out to my wife for typing my comments for me! Day 17 Video 2: I don't know if it's because I can push myself more but I swear this video gets harder and harder

I also love that he was doing most of his pushups on his fists. A couple years ago for some unknown reason my wrists hurt to bend back so I couldn’t do a traditional push up anymore. I was so depressed and after a month of searching I read I could do them on my fists. So it was cool to see him doing that.

Day 4: Since I'm too weak to do this on my toes (also have a bad back), I've to get on my knees to follow along. I feel this more in my arms and shoulders than my chest, but i think thats because of the posture. Short break and off to the next vid. again, thanks for this challenge!

Day 8: again did these on my knees, but i certanly feel this now more in my chest rather than my shoulders and arms. It's only been 4 days in between, but I'm able now to do at least 2 regular push ups with proper form, so can see the benefits of this workout-challenge already!
