Give this intense 5 minute at home forearm workout a try! You get a full forearms workout without having to leave your house. Also, this works as a killer circuit to do at the gym more toward the end of your weighted forearm workout since it's bodyweight only. Routines like this are great for those who travel and want to get a workout in too! No weights are needed. Your forearms will be feeling it the next day due to how effective this circuit is. 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

Is it true that after a workout, if we allow the sweat to dry off naturally rather than wiping it or washing it away with a quick shower, then the nutrients released by the body (in the sweat) get reabsorbed?

Been using these as finishers at the gym while deployed. A few of my buddies have tried them with me and were shocked on how much 10 lbs dumbbells could destroy their arms. Thanks for the series!

@@Nondevilworshiper it takes a little time but results defo show, i wasnt as consistent as i wanted to be yet it did the work.i do the first version of this exercise before my body workout and this version after my body workout and it does wonders. You should try this format and see the results🤙

I do your old dumbbell forearm workout so many times I memorized the exercises. My veins are popping out more from that too and I got my bicep vein!

@user-cg2gk1yw7w Hi Bud 👋 I do it exactly as he does it on the video, but with a 5-second break at the end of each minute. So the full 5 minutes, non-stop. I do the workout once a week. There is also weighted version aswel, which I do once a week - and a resistance band one - these are all on the channel. These 3 combined every week.

I remember when I first found this channel a bit back and I was like hmm this sounds like a good way to work out when I’m not at the gym, some time later I do this whether I’m at the gym or not as it helps either way and I find it more enjoyable to do with the videos because of how you’re always so encouraging and helpful. @@studmilton @Headless I left that exercise after the day I wrote that comment because of stomach tumor and other diseases, but this exercise is for making your hands veiney and ripped, not to grow muscle size.

I've been doing this workout for 40 days, ,what can I say is that you should not expect amazing results ,but it is enough for having your forearm stronger and to see your veins easier. Overall I think this 5 minute workout is worth it. Thanks !

This guy is useful i thought that would be a normal yt workout with no actual results but my forearms (which was the only part of my body, i didnt like at all...) are now the biggest and most shredded muscles i have..i am glad i found him and i hope i ill find more videos like this nn his channel

I've been doing the other forearm workouts as a finisher after upper body day, and this one specifically really got the back of my forearms pumped which I have a really hard time doing. Thanks alot, these have helped my overall strength and sports performance immensely!

you can definitely do both in the same day to get your total forearm frequency! Or do this one of the days you hit forearms and the other one on the other forearm workout day. Hey, Mike, thanks for all your videos man. These workouts definitely work. I was very diligent with these workouts during January til about June this year. And MAN the results shows it for me. I did a mix of your workouts I try to do at least 4 and usually 6 I'm really happy with, which took less than an hour usually even when I'm goofing off in between workouts. I love it man. Unfortunately I started an internship last summer which was quite tiring long hours(paid off course), kinda kept me from working out. But every now and then i try to do at least one 5min workout. I STILL LOOK GOOD BRO, it's already October, I'm kinda getting motivated to workout again. Mike, again, really thanks for these videos!! Keep it up man! I post snap chats sometimes back when I looked best people always asks "how?" Lol

Taeyeon Snsd I did it everyday, unless I’m really tired. 4 to 6 of his workout as one session. consistency is definitely key. I suggest really rep out each time, sometimes rest in between just to get more reps in.

Mike please help My shoulders aren’t responding to training I do 2 sets intense 5 min dumbbell 2 sets dumbbell tabata With 5 KG and i cant lift more than that with shoulders I burn them out during exercise but they are never sore and i think have stopped growing I wanna change the workout as i’v been following your’s since a while For all muscle groups, i want to get a new workout Please can you help?? Maybe just give me random one on instagram? Tried EXERPRISE and its amazing but I think isn’t working for me I want a workout which has lower reps as i will then use 10kg dumbbell for shoulders Help :(

Have you tried the bigger stronger dumbbell shoulder workout yet - kzbin.info/www/bejne/h5jMoXygnM9nsLM The thing with the intense workouts is they are designed so you can always progress whether it be more weight, more reps, or less excess rest. In order to do so, you have to track that progression in order to keep moving up in some fashion. If you feel as if your muscles adapt to the exercises, that is why I have so many different workout version on the channel so you always have variety to change things up. Also, you can change frequency or just what muscle groups you're working out together.
