Side Plank Pulses 30 secs
Side Sit-Ups 30 secs
Side Row Boats 30 secs
Side Suitcases 30 secs
Repeat for the other side
The greatest part about this workout is you can do it at home OR in the gym! This workout requires only your bodyweight, no weights involved.
