just completed today's workout and I wanted to go back to the very first video I saw of you guys. In 5 years I have gained almost 30lbs of lean muscle, I have been with you every single day since I my senior year of high school and now I'm graduating college with my certificate in personal training (pending pandemic) and I wanted to say thank you for being the cornerstone of my fitness journey. After the 10th or so time doing this im pretty confident that I can do these with decent form to get the full burn. Dont pussy out and go to easier exercise, some parts of the muscle are simply harder to hit than others, keep trying!

Hi, why do you start on the weaker side first for imbalances ? The side plank and the side plank dips work one side but as for the rest , it works the other side of the obliques . Should I face the same way or do it such that one side of the obliques is targetted first ?

hi thanks for the great home workouts. I just want to ask for each workout: ab,shoulder,leg etc how many 5 min sets should I do in a day? Everyday I'm focusing on one muscle group. I am a skinny 18 year old. Thanks looking forward to your feedback.

hey thanks for watching! If you're just doing one muscle group a day, I'd recommend at least 4 sets and possibly more. I personally think you'd see greater results doing 2 muscle groups a day with 3-4 sets of each circuit!

Hey guys, since its time based instead of reps.... what if I did more reps on the weak side than the opposite side? So my obliques wont be equal? should I keep track of how many reps ive been doin each or just do as much and not care how many i do till failure or time ends?

love handle is body fat, doesn't necessarily correlate to a weaker or stronger side ... lose overall body fat to lose love handles and do this routine, but make sure you're doing the same amount of reps each side!

yea i understand that, but u say in the video to start on weaker side to fix asymmetries... my right sight is slighty bigger than left one, so should i start on the left one or on the right one? :) btw i've been exercising for over a month with your home workouts routine and i'm starting to see results :) i'm preety skinny so i dont need to lose weight, just to get definition :D i'm doing one set of chest, oblique, shoulder, lower ab, biceps, forearm.. plus i do like 30 regular sit ups, 30 squats and 2-3 min of triceps every day :)

Cannot target fat loss! But you can build muscle to reduce the bodyfat % in that area! We have tons of ab workouts on here!
