I really love this. I use it for my physiotherapy and find that for someone with back pain/chronic tendonitis, this is ideal. there is very little pressure on the wrists and you offer good alternatives. Thank you! I will be using this one regularly and looking at your other videos

Waow!!! Usually I can follow you easily doing those arms exercises, but today I haven't being able to keep my arms up like you! It's sure that I'm still on hydric fasting(it's the end! I stop today!), but I thought that I had strong arms. It burst so much that I was obliged to drop them sometimes. So, wonderful exercises that I'll do later, when I'll be stronger!
