Arms and shoulders on fire,It was a relief to have the planks at the end, especially the dolphin plank,who needs dumbells with this burner!! Thank you lovely Hannah ❤️❤️

I dropped my hand more than 15 times😂😂......this was so nice that burn in upper arm was amazing...... Thank you so much Hannah....❤️❤️❤️

I really love this. I use it for my physiotherapy and find that for someone with back pain/chronic tendonitis, this is ideal. there is very little pressure on the wrists and you offer good alternatives. Thank you! I will be using this one regularly and looking at your other videos

Waow!!! Usually I can follow you easily doing those arms exercises, but today I haven't being able to keep my arms up like you! It's sure that I'm still on hydric fasting(it's the end! I stop today!), but I thought that I had strong arms. It burst so much that I was obliged to drop them sometimes. So, wonderful exercises that I'll do later, when I'll be stronger! Thank you sweet friend and Bravo for your performance!!! Lots of love. Namaste.

@@MovingMangoPilates I absolutely did! I miss my gym so much because I normally do weight lifting.. but this hits on so many new levels which is great!! I appreciate this new experience and I feel my muscles work a lot different know. You’re awesome! ❤️
