Can we have all doctors educate patients like he does?

Love these videos, and it's always intriguing to see the entirely different approaches between him and his sister. Either way, I'd have either of them try and sort my back out. Only thing I'm always wary of is the scraping. Looks painful, although from some videos I surmise it isn't.
@WoodyNWUK2 жыл бұрын
@@donottouchmyfood Yeah, I get that. But the sound of the scraping and the blood rising to the surface always makes me think it's more painful than it is.

What differences did u spot?
@icemanjr.58192 жыл бұрын
I wouldnt say entirely different ways cause it seems like both of them do a similar routine and personally to me the scrapping just looks like rubbing which I imagine is why it gets red
@DevinShoulders2 жыл бұрын
It is not painful if you don’t have much inflammation. Even then it takes a lot out of you but isn’t painful. It’s far more painful long term if you don’t get what’s being scraped out. The longer it stays in the more inflamed it’ll get

The People’s Elbow was in rare form. Really worked hard to get things right. I was hoping to see some good moments with the green roller tool though. Still a great video, and maybe one day I can get an appointment myself. Haha!

Is that why I always end up on my stomach when I sleep? Because my back is messed up? That actually makes sense.

Grounding or earthing reduces inflammation and encourages healing. Can be done for free outside or purchase products for while inside during work or sleep.

Any idea about palpertations? Especially after swimming or lifting, sitting at night, after food. Wondering if it could be a rib issue or muscle etc.
@annabelvb2 жыл бұрын
Best to see a doctor first. In the meantime try a magnesium supplement.

Lordosis may be involved with organ prolapses in women. Christine Kent has done years of research on the problem, and wrong posture is at the root of it. She informs on correct posture to prevent and reverse prolapse, and exercises. But posture is #1.
