Inspiring video as usual. At 52, and lifting for 12 months, I am finally pushing to failure. Keep up the great work Wes!

Hi Wesley, thanks again for a great video but can I ask why you have stopped displaying the weight and reps you do on your working sets? I used to find that really helpful so it would be great if it could be reinstated! 🏴 🇳🇱

Hi Wesley, I appreciate how you cover training and nutrition, always providing your reasoning. That said, I have a question. How do you strategize? Meaning, how do you plan ahead, e.g. when you go into an off season, or plan out a prep? This relates both to bodybuilding but also to the effect these phases have on life in general, including family life, social life, everyday life etc. Perhaps you could address that in a future video?

Yes Wesley. Awesome progress and great content again. Could we see a forearm workout and a abs workout please. A new home tour is a must. We only saw your incredible kitchen. U.K. can’t get enough of your highly addictive channel. 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

Wessley I’ve had the weirdest thing been happening to me with HGH. Have you ever had HGH cause gyno to swell up? Prolactin comes back in normal range and so does e2, and I have multiple DHT derivities involved. Nolvadex 10mg has stopped it from getting worse but hasn’t provided the usually glandular reduction in sensetivity and size. Upping dose to 20mg daily. Any advise? To clarify, gyno is preexisting and HGH seems to cause it to flare up

Either keep trying or swap out the exercise. If it doesn't suit you, it's no big loss to do an exercise you prefer.

I am jealous, you actually got your hair to grow back💪 Well done champ. Maybe at 52 I should accept the hair loss, as long as the muscles keep growing and I can still rack pull 6 plates a side at 175cm 95kg who can complain when you Functional and F#ckable like Seth Ferocy says 💪

What are your thoughts about the correlation between the COVID-19 vaccine registered side-effects and the recent death of bodybuilders? Could there be an issue with top performing athletes and blood clots in the heart?
@RDS_Armwrestling2 жыл бұрын
Correlation =/= causation Pro bodybuilders at top level take a lot of PEDs etc that can have potentially deadly side effects, so perhaps those are triggered by an ingredient in the vaccine, or perhaps the people who take the vaccine were already high risk due to steroids use.
@TheFingolito2 жыл бұрын
@@RDS_Armwrestling yeah we have seen many sad incidents the last two years, I'm not saying it is the cause but it's an interesting coincidence and worth thinking about.

Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him. John 3:36 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23 Jesus Christ is the only way, seek Him while He may be found, before it’s too late, tomorrow is never promised..
