All that tightness is coming from the shoes he wears. He needs wide toe-box shoes that allow his toes to spread out like they’re supposed to. Massages like this are amazing to help break down that build up in the muscle, but it’s only a temporary fix. Wearing toe spacers at night would help too. Nonetheless an amazing massage
