This has been my favorite one by far! I love that we switch from left and right with each combo instead of doing all of one side and the switching to the other once we’re already starting to die out. It feels like an overall more even work out.

Woow Killa, you're one of the few trainers that I have seen doing all excercises by yourself, the most of trainers gather a group and they just do the excercise sample, but not the complete routine. Congrats for your videos, and keep on trainig like you do it!! My like is yours, also my admiration cutie. 🤩🤩

Pretty good on straight punches. Your hook needs work (scooping with it too much). Kicks got good snap. Not sure if you adding power by swinging your hand back when snapping a kick as opposed to thai style:) When throwing that jab to the body you dont just want to drop down but you also put some intent throwing it through the target a bit (little step in as you throw it :)). Goes well to the heart (George Foreman's favorite)... That 'backfist' with no spin would nt hurt a fly with those gloves on. Might as well spin with it :) as you throw spinning backfist turn more otherwise looks sloppy and no.leverage. for that step with the lead foot 45 degrees forward to gain leverage :)... with that said keep your chin down especially on the inside. Great job!!! You obviously got some formal training. Stay fit and beautiful!! Cheers! PS would love to see some other kicks from you and knees (side, front, low, spin???). Cheers
