Just wanna say as a non-muslim I would totally have respect for anyone wearing a hijab in the gym! I would admire it and it would inspire me to stay true to myself and to God, to continue to be modest (in my own way). Granted I live in a very liberal area so idk if your anxiety is about safety or something more dangerous than judgment. But my point is you never know when you're inspiring others and if you stay true to yourself and good values you can never go wrong.

With Romanian deadlift I feel it on my lower back and lunges my knees any tips ?

try some preventative knee pain exercises before you train! (Banded knee bends) , also maybe lower the weight so it’s not putting too much stress on your knee - regarding to lunges. As for the RDL, it’s not about “how low you can go” you don’t need to bend all the way to the floor, once you feel the stretch in your hamstrings and glutes come right back. Also start with lower weight and increase from there as well.
