I think if you were to throw in a casual human being with no experience I would say this is pretty intense but I see your point very good training pace nobody is getting hurt and your still getting good work 👍

To all the Teenagers/Unexperienced watching… These are some of the best in the country, for 90% of people training its not necessary to spar this hard 👍🏻

This wasn’t hard sparring, they were very controlled and not going for knockdowns or trying to knock each others head off. I would want teenagers to spar more like this then hard sparring.

Depends on their teachers. If the teacher has been to thailand and teaches actual Muay Thai. Yes.
