~THE ROUTINE~
(a) Coil Swing (10 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 2 reps)
(b) Single Arm Swing (5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 reps/arm)
(c) Double Hand Swing (10 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 2 reps)
[Perform 3 Rds. - Rest 2-3 min. b/w each]

I love being an early liker of your videos coach mandler! Thanks for the advice, insight, and guidance. I just did 88lb push presses for 2 weeks straight now i can do strict shoulder presses with the 70 lb bell and i can do snatches with the 70 too never felt confident over 50lbs before so thanks for the constant motivation.

i am 68 now and in decent shape but not quite to do the following routine that used a kettlebell swing (I personally like using dumbbells better and just grip them along the weight heads)...it was as follows: 1/4 sprint on the treadmill (I would do mine at 8 mph and finish up as fast as I could go, typically 15 mph or whatever my top speed was that day), then with no rest walk over to the dumbbell (I would typically use 40's but some times 35's or 50's) and do twenty between the legs and over the head swings, then immediately do a set of max pullups/chin-ups...take a slow walk back to the treadmill and when you have your breath back start all over...if I could do 5 sets it meant I was in top shape...typically i would strive for 3 or 4 depending on my fitness level I may stop at 2.

Is the goal with this 90 rep Kettlebell workout to use a heavy kettlebell, ie 50lb +?
