Hello again! So relaxing to sort of COLOR along with you! I took your suggestion from the other video about a fixitive and just used unscented hair spray which seemed to do the trick about the bleeding! For mine I used my brand new 120 Caran D'Ache Supracolors and it came out quite nice! Thanks to you, you have unlocked the mystery of this beautiful set of pencils as I just quite couldn't get the colors to pop until now!

The one I am using in this video is a cutting board from the dollar store, it comes in a pack of two thin plastic cutting boards for your kitchen, and found in that section of the store

Hi , I have been thinking about getting inktense pencils . I tapped on your video the other day where you used inktense colored the octopus in the sink . Awesome tutorial. I received The Ink House book yesterday and inktense today . I came across this video and absolutely thrilled you show another way to use inktense with a pallet and mixing colors that way . As always your videos are so very inspirational. I am getting nearer to buying my 'Ink House' book - end of May. I am so excited and will have to re watch your videos on the colouring you have done in your book, they are so lovely. Thank you for showing - using an understandable description - how to use the water pens and water coloured crayons in such books, I always seem to use way too much water, you continue to give me confidence to use a selection of media which is what really makes me happy. Such a really big thank you and I also love to hear you laugh you just make the colouring experince a very happy one and you are a very skillfull colourist. Thank you for sharing Karen. :)

What is you suggestions what to use to color a large area like a big wall ?

Hi, it depends on what medium you are comfy with. You can use pastels, inks, paint, or pencils. Or you can break down the "big wall" into smaller areas by adding lines or just shading around the line art/edges. You might want to photo copy the page you are uncomfortable with and practice before doing the page in your book.
