Today’s workout was all about strength and endurance! I completed 3 sets of pull-ups, totaling 30 pull-ups with excellent form and full stretch. Then, I moved on to 3 sets of dips, doing 10 reps per set, making a total of 30 dips. That’s 60 repetitions of upper body power in one session!
