DJ was an animal back in the day. From mid 90s I'd see picks of him in Flex and think that he was really in with a chance of taking the big one. Then the competition would happen and he'd either be flat or smooth. People, unkindly, called him the Gym Mr O because of how he looked 6 to 8 weeks from contest. I didn't get that disrespect, I thought it was uncalled for. I think he just couldn't get his final prep right, just couldn't find the sweet spot with the carbs. Another great vid Nick, appreciate your great work. Just like I appreciate the great work Dennis did year round to get so bloody massive and in shape.

Just a few hours, always ready and hype for the next day. Personally the more muscle I build the easier it gets and well diet has to do with lactic acid build up. I kill it ever mutha fucking day now and am only sore for 12 hours max. At the start it was days, now it's hours
