This is a very good program to see what type of ceremony that is used for chocolate and the many forms from the very light to the strong dark chocolate that is very good . To compare them with foods and wines there is such a different world of taste .

As a reviewer that I had found that the swiss have made chocolate to the purest forms to the antioxidants and the stronger parts of cacao tasting the dark chocolate feeling the pure taste and texture .
