Great video! Once we encouraged mason bees into our garden, added a heavy layer of arborist wood chip mulch and added worm castings, our food production soared. We always plant enough for ourselves, our community and any critters who find our garden 😉 ~ Sandra

I have been growing now for two and a half years in a mobile home park. Not a lot of yard space. However I have been real successful using raised beds and growing vertically. In regards to intentional communities I have encouraged five of my neighbors to also begin growing their own vegetables. I tell them you don't have to grow a lot just grow what you like to eat. Luffas are a big inspiration to people because you can eat them young and harvest the sponge later. The vine grows well here and looks real nice. Here in Alta Loma CA we also have a community garden that I belong to. It is well run with a lot of dedicated hard working gardeners.

If you look at the historic c02 levels (a chart that dates back millions of years and not 10k) we are at historic all time low.

Well maybe you should get your facts straight first about the Netherlands. Yes, we need to reduce CO2. It's not about using fertilizer. We have far too many farmers with livestock (for the size of the country) that emit too much CO2 and that are too close to protected nature areas that are sensitive. Then there is land (which we have not enough of) not used for growing food for humans but just for that livestock (grass, corn).
