So you get 8 scouts by 14:05, but bloodlines doesnt finish til 15:35 because you're waiting on the gold. Why not drop the number of farms and add to gold to get there faster? Or drop from wood? It seems like youre easily able to keep up with the food cost of villagers

Started researching at 14:45 so about 40s of idle on the stable. Sure, I could've gone to gold earlier, or made one more scout first - the scenario is allowing for a bit of idle on the stable. In a real game, this build is obviously a bit flexible anyway with when you make the archer switch and you aren't making a predetermined number of scouts - this scenario is just about how you set up your eco to make that switch, and about practicing macro and keeping production running.

@@cicero8676 Makes sense thanks. Should I send the scouts immediately when they're done? Or do I need to wait for bloodlines before attacking?

@@kaysond Oh you are usually looking to send them over to look for damage with the first 2-3 scouts. Whether you actually continue to produce them depends on the game. If you do get bloodlines, its ideal if you can make an engagement just as it comes in to make the most of the powerspike.

Did you garrison to get the vill to make the second farm faster?

Yeah you can garison/ungarison to 'teleport' you vils around under the town center like that - not that it made a whole lot of difference though xd
