i really enjoy the background music for this. you’ve created such a gentle atmosphere and it’s perfect. shadow work is heavy and it just feels really good to write and reflect on emotions that aren’t so pleasant in the warm and nurturing space you’ve set up for us here. so thank you very much. this channel feels like my personal womb i can cocoon myself away into every now and then so i can emerge with clarity, groundedness, and unconditional love to spare.

thank you, I was on the brink of a panic attack because I have to deal with disappointment, setting up college, my ac broke in 100+ degree weather, my house is nearly uninhabitable and I have to get all my adulting stuff before I move. I was also triggered from something my mom said and I felt selfish for it. Overall, things haven't been okay and I just feel like the only way I can cope with that is through daydreaming, sleeping or working. Just anything to assure myself that my life isn't falling apart even though I worked so hard to do perfectly in school to the point where I nearly lost my mind and in the end, I'm not sure if it even did anything for me. It's like, how do I keep being spiritual if the world seems so cruel all of the time. Of course I know that's a blockage. I just want to have my life together so it's at least tolerable or fun. Please God, help me. Anyways, thank you and despite my negative message, I'm sending positivity. I just needed to purge that out. 🌟🥰

Hi Brie! I just want to say how grateful I am to have you express what's been running through your mind lately. My channel is a place where you're allowed to just "be". I've recently been listening to a podcast, and they began talking about how sometimes when we're stuck in a "void" it's not always a bad thing. Voids happen when we've outgrown who we used to be and are now in some sort of new canvas. This is where we begin to learn more and grow into who we've become. I hope all of that made some sense! All in all, thank you for taking the time to share what you've been going through. Sending you love and light
