Great vid Seth! Wouldn't the bank want to have their money back, in this case, the principal, at some point? I guess this is the question most people have in mind that's why we can't get our heads around an interest only payments. I'm still young but would the bank still allow you interest only when you're 55 and trying to borrow money for your 5th investment?
