INTERESTING tour in Chania, Greece 🇬🇷 in the island of Crete by Virgin Voyages Resilient Lady

All started when I read the excursion description mentioning Crete villages and culture, being a Greek Mythology enthusiast and knowing Zeus was born in Crete, I was like, let’s do it!
Then we headed to the village of Vamos, which was our first stop, then the Monastery of Saint George, then the Braoudakis family winery and finally the charming city of Chania!
But… Where is the old history? Where is Zeus? Where are the temples? Did we see any of that while in Crete?

Thanks Guga and Rob for the tour. This was the only day we stayed aboard. Nice to see what we missed drinking cocktails and lazing in the hot-tub. Crete is huge so maybe you should book a villa and hire car to see the mythology if you go again.
