It is just a lot of space! No warm at all, it looks like a showroom for rich people.

@soufasissou9023Ай бұрын
Tastes and colors, we do not discuss. The appreciation of beauty is subjective, wanting to force someone to share your tastes is futile. Also since they host dinners and parties means they will need it and it is useful and it was the right decision . It is considered a wasted space for those who suffer from a lack of space .

In this house could be a Jewish kosher thing, 2 separate areas for preparing food?
@sarahkoho7794Ай бұрын
@@soufasissou9023 where did I "force" anyone? All I did was sharing a personal opinion. And this is a public platform and people can share their opinion as long as it’s respectful, so if people don’t like it when someone talks about their things they shouldn’t publish it for everyone to see.

This house is a bit cold for my taste. The photography didn’t give a very good sense of the scope of the space or placement of the rooms. The only room I liked was the movie room. That room very very cozy and a perfect place to watch a movie. Loved it.

It's very beautiful and well built, the distribution of colors, materials and even the staging are excellent, although it could afford a little more colors, with rugs, pictures,window treatments and pots ,,, 👍 .
@stulianadivanova8444Ай бұрын
People here are talking that there are no personal touches it is not warm, no painting etc etc. The role of the designer is not to bring personal touches. The role of the designer is to show the lay out of the space, to talk about material used, to explain electrical configuration. Real designers even show places without furniture because furniture is just staging. And most of north american designers are not the designers. They are DECORATORS.

Did anyone else notice the dining table seats 14 but the family room sofa area looks like it could only accommodate ten people comfortably at most? The living or family room must have room for maximum number of guests to sit, that seems like a no brainer. Poorly planned out imo.

Does every home owner have white walls, pale wood, fluting, and black accents? I know these are the trends but where is the personality? The climbing room is unique but everything in every video feels .... sanitized and like an advertisement for home goods companies. I adore interior design and these spaces are beautiful, but I really want to see variety.
