I love these chickies! Their talent is second to none, yet they are so down to earth & in touch with everyday life. San Diego has events where they take run down historic mansions in affluent communities such as Rancho Santa Fe, Coronado, Mission Hills…and the designers are assigned a space to design. Then the public pays a fee to tour the home. I’ve seen some incredible homes and beautiful designs. But the designers were (I haven’t been in years since I moved to AZ, so I can’t judge the up and comings) were so snobby. If you weren’t wearing a 5 carat diamond or Chanel ballet flats, they wouldn’t give you the time of day. Little did they know my sister uses designers in all her homes 😂 their loss. Design whether fashion or home… is a passion and a creativity from within. Kristen is so encouraging for all those young people out there who have the passion and creativity. I love that bisch!
