Watching these two young men working together should be an inspiration for all families. Ellie is a joy and is as beautiful as her mom. Josh and Erin the house is turning out absolutely amazingly. The work on this beautiful structure will last a dozen lifetimes. May god bless and keep this wonderful family safe and protected. Again , thank you for sharing your lives with the rest of the world as it continues to give us hope.

Remind the boys it’s dangerous to have your palm underneath the screwdriver when tightening those clamps. If it slips it could stab their palm. Speaking from experience.

Now you need to build the three piglets their own houses; one out of straw, one out of sticks, and one out of brick. Ellie would get a kick out of that.

You are two of the nicest people i have ever had the pleasure to meet. I am the Englishman that turned up on the wrong day when the Cafe was closed last Wednesday and you were so friendly and kind despite being a bit surprised by my firend and I. I will never forget that 10 minutes you spent talking to me and your generousity was incredible, you didnt have to even answer the door but you did and i thank you for that so very much. My 2 weeks in the US was so much fun i am seriously considering selling up here in the UK and moving. I will be returning next year and this time i will come to the Cafe when it is open. If anyone is in any doubt as to wether Erin and Josh are really as genuinly nice and good people as they appear on all of their videos, theyre not, theyre far more in person. Thank you again so very much, you really did make my day, my week infact, from the bearded Englishman Pete. Thank you

Ellie .when I was your age, living in NW Florida, we would make dolls out of acorns. Make eyes and mouth with a sharpie Pop off the caps and pretend to put on their littles caps and play Sunday school or pretended we took them shopping. We played hours with them. Oh, we made houses from shoe boxes. If I lived near you I'd show you how we made them. I am 81 years old and live far away in Door County, Wisconsin. You give me such joy as you do chores and helps your family. Love the cute little pigs in the woodland pasture. I hope you enjoyed this story. Love, Miss Gigi.

I get chills when I see Ellie chatting with us and collecting her acorns, picking out pumpkin seeds and I remember her running about in the very beginning rarely more than a toddler in a little pink jacket. Such a beautiful young girl and amazing with the animals. She notices everything .........what a joy and her positive attitude she gets from both of you is absolutely a gift! Love to watch her grow. The boys, growing up young men and soon be as big or bigger than Josh. Such good examples of young men and their assist is unspeakable as to what they can do on the homestead......absolutely a tribute to you both on raising your young family! I remember the front deck and the Christmas trees and new porch lights for the holidays when they were new for the first year. All the things you have accomplished since I have been with you is off the wall and so fantastic. Your plates are so full and yet always room and time to squeeze in one more thing. I so admire you both and how you always see the best side of a situation and never give up but take a different path to reach your goals if need be. You are both such a positive influence on all that watch your channel......I wish the world could soak it all up and it would certainly turn the tides of the way things could be. You are so amazing. I see blessings in your life each day. Forward march, be blessed and thank you so much for being so real, so straight forward and so encouraging to all of us even if you don't realize it. Thank you for your example................loving it!

Ellie. If u put a king sz flat sheet under the oak trees; (weight it down with a rock on each corner) the acorns will drop down on it. You can just pick up the sheet each day and carry it down to the pigs. Shake it out and pigs have their treats. If Mom doesn’t have an old one ask her to pick one up at a thrift store.

The two of you are truly amazing! It seems that you have more competence than many, covering your asses with all kinds of back up systems. And making sure your builds are solid! Establishing many businesses. Air B & B, candle/soap, cafe, KZbin, and livestock. all while compleating the build on your home. You seem to thrive under stress, and get to legitimately reap the rewards of all your due diligence. It is amazing to see. The house is looking amazing! And you seem to have limitless energy. I’m glad you were able to stop that coyote. And was truly sad that Lilly was one of its victims. All a part of nature.. yet distressing! Best to you and your family.

Good morning Josh and Erin, The opening of the boys working together was really nice. 1 thing I plead with you is to show them that a nut driver is a much, much better choice of tools to use for that operation. So many have been injured by a screwdriver slipping and stabbing a hand and I'd sure hate to see that happen as a dad as I know you both would. That clip of Elly collecting acorns for the pigs was precious. She has to be a real delight to have as a daughter. I swear her little smile could fix alot of troubles your viewers have by just seeing it and her voice. Erin, she is definitely your daughter. A minne me😊😊. Your closing aerial drone shot shows us all why you bought that land. Views are simply beautiful. Very fortunate to have found that land. House is looking great. Any concern of not waiting to open those windows openings with weather being allowed in until windows were on site?
