Its really amazing seeing this huge collaboration actually coming through, and with alot of care from the looks of it. I love the characterization of Buddy and Chara with stuff like "Chara's got a larger vocabulary and Buddy doesnt understand all the words he's saying." That makes alot of sense when you consider Chara was raised by a teacher (well, at least in Deltarune, Toriel's a teacher), and Buddy probably hasn't been taught a whole lot by Brad and his friends, other than how to survive.

Kudos to all that worked on this piece! The fight gets so brutal towards the end, that shocked me a little but you could argue that Chara has only received what he gave to so many others. Addionally those two baddies seem to get back up and just stuff their bellies with sandwiches to regrow limbs so there isn't any lasting harm anyway.

Chara lost to their own overzealous nature. They should've been more careful against an enemy they don't know. And it's not plot convenience if Buddy caught Sterling off guard, which she did. Just admit your own bias and stop calling it bad writing.

I will admit to my bias, tbh you’re absolutely right. It just annoys me when a character just gets completely bodied like this and now someone who is supposed to be something close to an equal (Buddy) is now going to probably whoop his ass next episode. It just doesn’t seem too fair to me but you’re absolutely correct about me being biased and that’s my problem, I can’t really help it.
