2.5 is great! I'll admit it was hard for me with the larger weight!!

@@KaitCoats When you get settled with your move, I would still love to come visit you and take Yoga/Pilates classes, maybe aerial too, if you still will be teaching. You're an incredible teacher.

Hello Kait! Thanks for a great workout! Really enjoyed this one. Question, have you ever tried exercising on a rebounder (mini trampoline)? I have read they are easier on the joints. I have a bad knee. I was wondering if you had any experience with them or any advice/opinions.

Hey Johanna! I have taken and taught mini trampoline classes! They are super fun and yes much kinder on your joints. I’ve also taught bungee classes as well which are easier on your joints too. Both of those styles of classes are a great way to get more cardio in without pounding on your knees! Whenever I teach a class like that I always set it to music so it’s extra dancey and bouncy! If there are any in your area you should definitely try one out! Maybe once I’m settled in my new place I’ll look into getting a mini tramp for videos!!

Oh also if you are looking for lower impact/nicer on the joints have you tried any aqua classes? I used to teach several style of water based classes and even though aqua cardio kinda has the reputation of being a class for seniors, I love them!

@@KaitCoats , thank you for your reply! That would be awesome if you would teach rebounder classes online! You are such a great teacher. I've been doing your videos for about a year now and I feel so much stronger. One of the reasons I have kept up with it for so long is because of your teaching style. So I purchased a rebounder and put it together by myself (that was fun, lol!) I'm trying to find some good videos to ease me into it. It really is a great cardio workout. I'm out of breath before I know it. I need to work on my form, though. I do love aqua aerobics, but there isn't a class in my area that I have clicked with so far.
