Comprehensive video instructions....thanks. . UPDATE: Installed the new firing pin w/spring and ejector. Spent a day at the range and the difference was day vs night. P22 ran flawlessly. Much better than with the OME extractor, firing pin and spring! Thanks !!!!!!!

Just got back from range with these upgrades installed plus the captured recoil spring. I ran about 380 rounds through it with federal 40g and still had some issue of failing to eject, misfiring and failure to cycle next round. However I definitely noticed an improvement. Prior to these upgrades I had one or more malfunctions on every mag. Now I was able to go through full 10 round mags (California) with no issues.

I just got P22 yesterday so found out pretty quickly that I was going to have to do some fine tuning on it. The very first clearing when the slide was pulled back to eject a live round, the round wouldn't come out. It was loose in the chamber so that wasn't the problem. After carefully taking the live round out with a probe, I loaded a full magazine then tried clearing the gun again. The round stayed in the chamber like the first one. Apparently the extractor wasn't doing its job. I ordered the firing pin and extractor upgrade which brought me here. I'll do the disassembly then polish any wear partners then reassemble with my new TK upgrades. There's so much I really like about the P22-Q that I don't mind monkeying with it to make it more trouble free and dependable. I did the same thing with my Ruger 10/22 and was glad I did. Time will tell.

@@TANDEMKROSS I will. Currently it malfunctions virtually every magazine ( misfire, failure to eject and failure to cycle) on federal ammo. A friend gave me 100 rounds of cci stinger and had absolutely zero issues with that ammo. But I have a lot of non cci ammo so hope these upgrades help.

Just bought a p22 last night and went to the rwnge thie morniny and i had issues with extraction on every mag. Almost every time i tried to shoot it. I was very dissappinted. Def going to try these upgrades to see if it will help

Assuming it's a faulty/mushroomed firing pin you have in there now, it definitely should!

Now that I have the parts and I am cleaning my piece before I reassemble it (hasnt been cleaned it 10yrs but hardly used also) i am comparing these part to the OEM and I do not visually see a difference at all...Hopefully when its all back together I'll run it hard and see what happens

I did all this today and now for some reason the casings are getting stuck, failure to feed is occurring every other shot, and it doesn’t fire always anymore. What could I have done that may have caused this?

I'm going to buy some of your upgrades to improve my WALTHER P22 it's good but there's reason not to make it outstanding in performance ! Now my only question is will we see an improved or enhanced slide release lever to improve its function where the thumb slippage off the lever is improved or reduced it's just a thought to be looked into? 🤔

Hello! I upgraded the extractor and slide spring. Did some minor filing on the extractor guide. All this seemed to help dramatically with the constant jamming and extracting issues. However, one thing I did notice when testing it was the fact that a jammed shell had a slight bulge making it get stuck in the chamber after it fired. Had to pry it out with a screw driver. Now, is this due to the way the pin is hitting the cartridge or is it a flawed cartridge? This was happing with Remington Golden and Aguila Super extra. I don't recall if it did it with CCI Mini Mags. I will be changing out the firing pin. Do you think this will help with cartridge blow out. Any advice is welcomed.

That pin by the safety lever that needs to be removed is not 1/8. It's 3/32
