Maxine do you have to pay to watch the animal's on your app as we seem to get redirected to a subscription page when we look at the live stream.

If you create an account with Zoolife through that link, email & name, then it will give you free access to our cameras only, you should only need to pay the subscription if you want to view any of the other cameras hosted by other Zoos! Let me know if you figure it out!

Thanks I have done this today and I am able to get the bat, leopard cams but the raccoon Cam is listed as a premium habitat so do I need to pay for this one . Thanks again

Wow you really are so substainable! Even reusing the coffee cups! I get annoyed when I see people not sorting their used cafe stuff into the correct bins! It must be such a nuisance separating the rubbish from the recyclables when you empty the bins! 😤 Anyway, I did want to mention something else. I don’t know how beneficial you’re finding the new little gate system, but as a regular who spends a long time at the zoo each visit, I find it a nuisance. You’ve got to check back in with a different person every time you go “out” to see the bats or get something from the cafe. Also, I don’t think it’s a very nice little sentry box, it’s cold and claustrophobic for the staff, and I know a few of them are frustrated with it. No offence intended, I just wanted to mention it ❤
