If Philippine is in list of contracting country you may use IDP.allow of Indian licence depend upon Philippine government . You ticket in Dec so you are advised to make IDP in month of November

Shri man ji document required me visa mandatory nahi bataya gaya hai.lekin kuch state me visa v ticket dekhate hai kyonki validity kam hone ke karan bandha par aap on arrival visa ka bata sakate hai

Sir vehicle category is as per Geneva convections LMV category will same there.May be in other country some additional condition required
