India ka Rto to bahut mahan hai mere sath to bhi ek kissa hua tha jab mujhe Bali ke liye IDP chahiye tha, maine online fees pay kari aur appointment le li, aur waha jake unhone Visa manga jo mein de hi nahi sakta tha kyunki Bali ke liye Visa on Arrival hai. Bahut explain kiya but fir bhi nahi mane, na mere paise refund kiya aur 2-3 chakkar bhi lagwaye fir bhi kaam nahi hua. Stupid dumb people.

If only u made this a year back, I would have enjoyed driving in other countries 😭😭😭😭 I had so much of hassle to get this done, they asked to get a medical certificate from a government doctor and this government hospital ka doctor aaya hi nahi ghanton wait kiya, and then finally I canceled this plan of getting IDP. Aaram se gadi chala lethe korea aur Indonesia mein. Anyway thanks for this video.

Jaipur RTO you have to give visa copy ticket copy and passport copy alongside original passport and visa verification. By evening you get it and drive any where in the world. its only valid for one year

Your IDP has validity of a year But You cannot use it for whole year in few countries. IDP will be valid only for a month in few countries

I Went to USA, with my original licence and International Driving permit, from Rajkot RTO, but, In USA while renting a car, everytime they asked me for my original licence. No one asked for IDP. Also when you read the rules for driving in US, it is clearly mentioned that, all licences are valid if written in English. So if you are travelling to ENGLISH speaking country, do not make IDP. Our licence printed in ENGLISH is valid

भारतीय ड्राविंग लाइसेंस से आप दुनिया मे कही भी ड्राइविंग कर सकते हो । मैं ऑस्ट्रेलिया में 7 साल रहा, पहले 3 साल मैं मेने भारतीय ड्राइविंग का उपयोग किया और सभी भारतीय यही करते है । अब मैं मॉरिशस में हु ओर भारतीय ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस से अपनी कार चलाता हूं । आप को परमिट की तब जरूरत होती है जब आप का लाइंसेंस हिंदी के हो जो मेरे नाना के पास में है वो फोल्डिंग वाला । किसी बुजुर्ग के पास मिल जाएगा । आज कल सब डिजिटल है तो परमिट की जरूरत नही है । और हा जब ऑस्ट्रेलियाई ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस मिला तो उस मे 12 पॉइंट होते है रूल तोड़ने पर आप के पॉइंट कटते चले जाते है पर वही जब भारतीय ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस से आप रूल तोड़ते है तो सिर्फ जुर्माना लगता है न कि पाइन कटते है ।

Please don’t teach people to indulge in fraudulent activities. If police outside trust you that doesn’t mean that you cheat. First time I have to say that it is really shameless. Moreover in our state uttarakhand it is applied online and personally you have to visit the RTO and they have its records also. But cheat karna hi fitrat ho to its fine, dekh kon raha hai tabhi to hamare yaha doctor, engineer bhi farzi ban rahe hai and ab aap licence bhi banwa do sabka! Salute to you

Duplicate idp may attract legal issues.Suppose I m driving with a fake license, then insurance company will enuire all the things and claim would be rejected. After that you all can imagine what will happen.......... so get the idp from sdm office. It is very easy to obtain and is valid for 1 year.

I have driven and rented cars in 17 different countries and none have asked for a driving permit. I don't think in this day and age you need a transaction. Even in Japan they have no problem accepting your license so you can rent a car.
