@@anthonyhutchins2300 I don't personally care, but I can see how someone could compare it to cheating of sorts; in my experience, those people either have never stepped foot in a gym before or are inexperienced. I would only care if someone is claiming to be natty and isn't, if they were some kind of social media influencer. Promoting unrealistic and unattainable (without steroid use) body standards to their impressionable audience is fucked up imo.

@Elena Pastorinni its like the old saying of "crime doesnt pay",which is wrong,it does pay,but you have to get away with it,and you never know if you can expect a knock,so you never really get away with it. and no matter what you get away with,it only takes one knock to lose everything. and then theres the ones close to you, they suffer just as much for doing nothing. getting out,or rather stopping the way of life is something no media prog has ever covered right,as you will be starting a totally new way of life, devoid of "friends" and everything else that went along with the way of life. staying out is easy, getting out is harder than kicking a smack habit.

Good for you for being willing to take a look at yourself. I know how hard it can be. Therapy can be a great tool for helping to resolve internal pain and old injuries. It may take a while, and even be difficult or uncomfortable at some points, but once you resolve issues you can be so much happier. In my case it took years, but after a lot of work and self examination I have gotten to a point where I am much more happy, comfortable with myself, and understanding my thoughts/feelings than I ever was before. Good luck with whatever you decide to do to change :)
