I want to ask one thing that if I do not understand something in my language then how will I understand it in my language, because I do not find translation of many English words in my language, then whom will I ask, and I have not read much in my own way like you

Good question! You can search online and get familiar with the ideas and concepts. Many times, there are words (ideas or concepts) that exist in one language but not in others. That's why translation isn't always the best learning method. You need to practice and train your brain to think directly in English instead of translating.
