That’s is a GREAT QUESTION!👍🏼I was just thinking we need an intro explaining our channel. I think we’ll do just that🤔 Smoke - I am a USMC Veteran and a Texan, born and raised. I do the meat “smoking”. Roux - wife is a LSU Tiger, born and raised in Baton Rouge. Her favorite thing to do is cook. So we thought “Roux” was fitting.
