Trying to safe face of journalism, but not out of sympathy for the truth, but out of selfishness. Their own reputation is on the line now that they see that the truth is coming out. So they are just trying to safe the little credibility that they still had. But it is all too late now. The whole world can now see how dirty journalism really is. And how they are trying to manipulate the people. Not just now, but they do it all the time. I have witnessed it first hand during the occupy protests 12 years ago how they were misinforming the people.

@@davidozz4068 I do not consider the NOS to be trustworthy or unbiased at all. I have experienced first hand how they operate about 12 years ago during the occupy protests. The head of the NOS gets appointed by the government. And it is not that they are always lying about everything, because the manipulation is far more subtle than that. Far more often it is what they don't tell the people but what the people should know in order to get the full picture of the situation. Or how they sanewash and try to defend the indefensible. Or what type of language they use. And the NOS still hasn't apologized for spreading a false narrative about what happened in Amsterdam. In fact they continue to spread the false narrative. So you don't have to tell me that the NOS is a reliable news source, because I totally disagree with you.
