Check the bodycontroller fuse its a 5amp mine would move and would do that its on the left side of the fuse box

Well I have the same problem and follow exactly what you did i shot down the truck and unplugged the ELD and all my gauges started working normal but I haven't drive yet I did change ac compressor I change the wiper motor and I was told by an electrician the body control module the is very comment on this truck to go bad over time and is the one the control everything and hi told me to unplugged and clean it really good and if the problem continues definitely the control module is bad and is located exactly like hi said on the video under the brake panel

The 9 pin Diagnostic Data Link (DLC) port has battery Voltage at pin b. Ground at pin A. The J-1939 data link CAN (High) on Pin C and J1939 data link CAN (low) on pin D. Your electronic logging device (ELD) would be powered off the battery voltage. I don't think there is any 5-volt circuit on the DLC. Your CAN low and high are going to be roughly around 2.5 volts. Keeping water and salt away from your body controller will help get more life out of it.

I have the same problem, my battery bracket/harness is missing, when I’m driving and hitting bumps in the road my batteries shake and I lose connection. Electrical fault code displays on the truck. I’ve had to change several batteries before because of that. Are your batteries properly secured?

i have an international junk prostar 2011 too, was driving on freeway, when the gas pedal went out, but the engine is working, after I turned off the engine, and tried to restart it, the engine was cranking but did not start, this problem keeps happening, the after 4 times of towing to mechanic shop, the truck keeps going for like 60 miles then it shuts off, and when you try to start it, the engine cranks but wont start, it may start for one second, then dies back again. The mechanic is saying its probably the icon module, and they don't make it anymore, and if they do its $3500. The mechanic by pass the icon module but i still have that problem, I am going bankrupt. I don't have ELD either.

Well after I unplugged the ELD everything was going good for about 400 milles the problem is back I stop and turn my truck of and turn my main power off for about 30 minutes thinking the that may work and nothing only work for 10 minutes

Salatiel Ventura yes, it was fixed by dealer, comes out that prostar sharing same ground wire with AC unit, termisters and other electronics, so if that ground is short - that makes this error code come out.

Здравствуйте, все закончилось заменой PCM, это не главный компьютер ECU, а тот что отвечает за приборы в салоне, находится в ногах у водителя за левой пластиковой крышкой.

check oil pressure, very sensitive for overheating, AC problems, electronics problem very common.

My son drives a 2018 mayby 2017 prostar has like 150,000 miles on it. His truck was in the shop over 2 weeks for wiring issues. Good he is a company driver as he drove a loaner truck. I suggest buying something else.
