I realize your just getting it started, but what's your opinion on HEI on these?

I like to keep stuff fairly stock, but I sometimes do a Pertronix electronic ignition and Pertronix Flamethrower coil. Looks stock but much hotter spark and seems to start easier and burn cleaner. A little better throttle response too. I don't care for the size of the HEI distributors. But that's just my opinion. Since the AMC 232 in this truck is common on Jeeps you have quite a few ignition upgrade options.
