Hello Sigita. I know it has been such a long while but I still got your KZbin channel in my list and most of all I still remember your powerful voice. I've listened to this amazing folk song that you arranged many times and I dive into it each time ! During those long days of uncertainties, this song goes truely deep into my heart ! It sort of makes me find solace in melancholy. It is a traditionnal Lithuanian song, isn't it ? I would be curious to know its story, what it tells. I sincerely hope that you are doing alright and that you lead all your artistic projects passionately. I would be really glad to see you again !

Dear Tiphaine, thank you so much for your message. It's so nice to hear from you. The fact that the song which lyrics you can't understand goes so deeply in your heart, it makes me extremely happy. Yes, indeed it's a lithuanian folk song. It's a war folk song, a very sad song. It's about a mother who is trying to find her son and a girl who is waiting for her love to come back home alive from a war. But apparently he is in the capital about to marry another girl. At the moment nothing is really happening. Pretty much the whole artistic, cultural sector is on hold. In September people were still eagered to do something but now we just all wait till it will be over. How are you doing? Is everybody safe in your family? I'm very happy that you wrote to me. I miss you a lot. Sometimes I think about those weeks that we had in Iceland. They were more than just great. They were incredible and we were so lucky to have been part of that group. I really hope that we will be able to meet up and actually do something artisticly. I'd love that a lot. I hug you from a distance
