That consistency advice is so good though for real. I'm on the opposite end of it right now, when you stop doing things for too long it becomes so much more difficult to start doing them again. Take healthy breaks and don't burn out, but try to stay as consistent as possible with whatever it is you're trying to do in life and just let that momentum carry you.
