memes, as many other forms of media, can potentiall influence u- and i reccon this refers to the more pesimistic memes, like the ones ud find on places like r/2meirl4meirl which downspiral into "wake up calls" that end up ruining ur mood. it just depends on the type of memes u consume in the end of the day, but as stated in general, _memes_ arent psychologically unhealthy.
