About my videos: These videos are a resource for anyone wishing to wake up from the dream of separation. Awakening, enlightenment, and liberation are becoming far more mainstream possibilities than they once were. There are many good teachers out there, and if you resonate with the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, or Sadhguru, you might find resources here that address these deeper promptings to investigate your true nature.
Disclaimer: The information presented in these videos is not meant to diagnose or treat any psychiatric or medical illness. The inquiries presented herein are potent and can have powerful effects on the way you experience yourself and reality. If you feel you are at risk of harming yourself or others, these videos and practices may not be the best thing for you at the moment. Seek help wherever necessary which might include a hospital emergency department, a suicide helpline etc.

there was a line in a course of miracles that was something like "until you can see that what you consider your worst enemy is a saint you will never see the saint in you",everyone is really a saint,because there really is no free will as a person,that's the only way for let unconditional love blossom and realize there is no guilt .

This is beyond! Just beyond finding words to describe it… it brought tears to my eyes! This is how nowadays I practice spirituality! it’s through daily life with interpretations, interactions, actions… just getting closer and closer to see it with the heart/ oneness’s eye…I intuitively know if I can open my heart to the relative life openly and completely, it’s gonna dissolve all the illusion of separation… and the good thing is there is no more waiting needed anymore! Life is so present and realizing it lifts a heavy burden of resisting and seeking and anticipating…

@@SimplyAlwaysAwake What I’m noticing by looking closer at thoughts is that because of so much shadow work on myself and healing and awareness that I’ve gained about relationships with others, the thoughts that are related to other people and my interactions with them are getting less and less present simply because there is not much interest in me to their stories… on the other hand, because non-dual still is not my daily perception every second , my thoughts are more around the story of “my life “ because still they can be followed somehow eagerly! Which realizing this is also funny and one step further toward not engaging in them too…
@maryamsh28
@maryamsh28 2 жыл бұрын
For example, There is less thoughts about analyzing people’s behaviours or about the reflecting on interaction between me and them. But thoughts are more about interpreting “my story” like analyzing my actions, and giving instructions and encouraging seeking which entangles me in an illusion of doership… although, I naturally tend to not take them seriously, but still, I can see myself sometimes being so lost in believing them..

Oh, my god, this is such wise and skillful teaching! I’m only halfway through the talk, but want to share something it is exposing for me already… All my life, I’ve had a capacity to give attention. It’s just always been there, and has been a major force in my life and relationships. More slowly, I’m recognizing how I co-opt and use this as a way to manipulate others. And you just pointed the finger right at it: In the name of giving, what am I actually trying to get (or take! 🤬) from others? Bullseye! Thank you, Angelo, for being a teacher who points not only to our loftiest potentials, but to our ugliest (and most carefully disguised) ones, as well. 🙏🤬🔥😄🦋

I agree, jaja. We are so spectacularly fortunate, and I love how openly and sincerely people acknowledge this in these comments. I know that in my experience, beginning to “say yes to the no” is a profound step. It’s one thing to surrender when we kind of like the direction we’re going. But can we accept what feels unacceptable? Can we love what we have spent most of our lives and energy pushing away, trying to avoid? Can we really deeply be with that “Noooooo!” instead of trying to get back to what feels more comfortable? For me, these so-called conflicts or friction points are always where the process deepens and expands. And perhaps are a watershed point for those who really want the truth, even when we see without a doubt that it means going right into the heart of that “Nooooo!” 🙏🤬🔥😆💜🦋

I've had the sense of I Am few days ago. I felt being a puppet and being the puppeteer.. knowing everything and everyone I knew were just stories. I had a thought when seeking that non duality is pure bliss (basing it off of the people who talks about non duality and them being/appearing really joyful in their videos) I know there's nowhere to go, nothing to reach but I feel stuck in this loneliness. Would feel joy from time to time but mostly aloneness

A thought On living spontaneously...with minimal translation into the "known" : The moment raw, "pre filtered" experience, (or minimal filtering), Is translated to mental concepts...(for storing as memory...or communicating...), It, automatically, turned to glasses/prism , added to the constructs, (becomes part of the "i know this", stock)...through which perception is filtering, and refracting raw experience. This thickens the conceptual "curtain" between pure knowing, and raw reality ... Limiting reality perception to pre known avenues... ("You see only what you know"...)🙏❤️🌈

Maybe it's because of the obsession of the conscious mind with controlling ("knowing is power"...) ... because it seems that the "spontaneous, minimal, mind, can, mostly, function even better, without online translating to "knowns"... I needed you to be a rebel, the setting of this video was too guru on a throne for me. Do we ever get to the bottom of these layers?Or are we still trying when the bottom falls out! I have never felt seen, but my abilty to give undivided attention, is now seen for what it is. (Iunless there are more layers) Not only a way to try and get what I want, but a way to feel superior. Have I ever really seen another??? 🙏💜

❤️🙏...what comes to mind now...is... There seems to be only the mysterious "this"...(let's call it "univers of un-divided energy"...just as an analogy...) formless energy... And in the eternal "now", the "process" called perception is constantly creating "forms", which arise, as "known"... and pass away, as they arise... And these "forms" are the "stuff" of what we call "experience"...be it simple forms, like sense perceptions...or "complex" forms like thoughts, emotions, (the sense of "subject"... personal, or otherwise...), etc.... And that is all there is...the "known"...as it arises... ...and the limitations of this process called perception...is the "glass ceiling" between the "known", and the "unknown"... So...the idea is that perception, is not perceiving something which pre exist...but rather form it for the instant of knowing... which we call "the experience now"...(whether perception assign to it a lable of "know", "past" or "future"...
