Man I live in Ky, and had a run it with this idiot years ago! First thing I said is, that ain’t real police! I know real police, and soldiers and this cat ain’t either! Wasn’t even with a funeral either, just bunch of bikes. I drove right through them, said if your a cop you will stop me, and they didn’t obviously. But it just goes to show how big a problem these guys was! We did enjoy the rest of Orlando though had a whole subdivision to ourselves in a locked community then we rode jet ski’s in the ocean off a yacht! We had a blast! Only down side was Metro state fakes showing their ass! 😂

Whenever they say “You have the right to remain silent”, the next thing out of your mouth should be.......... silence. Edit: I learned that this is actually the incorrect answer. You have to explicitly say you are invoking your 5th amendment right to remain silent. Just remaining silent is not enough to indicate that you are invoking your rights. You have to actually say it to use it.

I think one thing should be pointed out here, is Metro-State is not, has never been, nor ever will be any legally authorized law enforcement agency in the state of Florida. It was a privately owned company created by Jeremy DeWitt for the purpose of providing procession escort services. Jeremy, created badges that resemble authentic LEO badges, and had his employees wear uniforms, including duty belts like LEOs wear, and was acting like LEOs and in many instances conducted illegal traffic stops on public roads, and illegally blocked intersections during their "escort" jobs.

My fellow Americans: when the police “read you your rights” and you’re told, you have the right to remain silent, please do, you have the right to an attorney, please get one, even if you think you’re a victim, if you’re read your rights, the police consider you a possible suspect; if not a principle suspect You can agree to cooperate, you can agree to answer questions and make a statement but please, get an attorney, there are legitimately innocent people in jail for crimes bc they thought it would be easier to cooperate and answer questions right then and there and the police, because they have “interview tactics”, they can trip you up and make you contradict yourself, they are trying to catch you, they are not your friend, they’re not there to make anything easier THEY ARE COLLECTING EVIDENCE, Please! Get an attorney, protect yourself we have PROTECTIONS in the constitution please use them, get an attorney

@Chingachu watch the series where all these innocent people were coerced into confessing a crime they didn’t commit, the police just want a suspect so they can wrap up the case, they don’t care if you’re innocent or not their mentality is “it’ll be figured out in court” in the meantime you’re bankrupted, probably lose your job, left homeless and broken bc you thought you were being helpful, get a lawyer
@SuperChuckRaney2 жыл бұрын
@Chingachu No. They have a list, in a book, and unknown to YOU, this list contains the exact things in detail to prove to a Judge and/or jury that you are guilty. They are working that list, that's how simple it is. They really dont care if you did it or not. All suspects have a degree of guilt, otherwise, how would they become suspects? There are tens of thousands in prison that are innocent of the charges they were convicted of. How does that happen? 1. Every suspect has a degree of guilt. 2. The cop has a list, in a book, he works that list on you. 3. A cop, by law, is allowed to lie in the interrogation room. Now that cop gets PAID a bonus to churn out Guilty convictions. If you find yourself in that room, under the training of dectectives, he's merely trying to establish the Degree of Your Guilt. Not, "Hey did this guy do it or NOT.?" At the end of his shift, right before he goes home to the wife and kid....his Sargent says to him " Hey, the brass upstairs on on my asss sbout these burgularies, DO WE HAVE ENOUGH TO CHARGE THIS GUY?" You tick enough boxes on the list, you get charged. It's not about Guilt or Innocent.That's for the Jury to decide. ((I know you doubt this, but again, how are 10,000s in prison and didnt commit the crime they are charged with?)))
@jamesong.a.76952 жыл бұрын
@Chingachu as was mentioned, there are plenty of innocent people who were honest and ended up in prison because they were naive like you. If you’re getting real heat over “some shit you didn’t do” that’s exactly when you should want to hire a lawyer. Maybe honesty will set you free, but maybe it will mistakenly cause your downfall. So, why take the chance when there’s safer options? I’d much rather hire a lawyer as an innocent person than go to prison as one.

This is just another example of Jeremy not knowing anything about the military and trying to blow smoke up people's asses. Real soldiers know each other's names. If you serve with them, you know their name and their nickname. And the only military group I know that consulate refers to each other by their call signs are nicknames are pilots. I laughed pretty hard when Jeremy try to give the excuse that he doesn't know people's names because it's easier when he fires them. Who the hell hires somebody with the thought "I don't want to know who the person I have representing my company is, don't want to know their name, and I'm ready to just go ahead and fire them and forget they ever existed."? it just goes to show once again that Jeremy is delusional, dishonest, and dishonorable.

It's true he's a real hero, I served with him in the 212th attack battalion fighting battle droids and flying Genosian bug people. He's a real hero. He would've been in command had that dam Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi didn't do those stupid mind tricks on him. Kenobi told him " You don't want to be in command" "you want General Kenobi to be in command" and then he told him "go home and rethink your life" stupid Jedi and their super powers. Don't let those documentaries fool you, it was Jeremy was in command and it was the Jedi who brainwashed him off his post. When I said "what's up brother" as you walked in the door, and you were indeed transporting actual inmates... that isn't recognizing you as law enforcement Mr. Brijmohan. So......You don't 'go after' anybody. Y'all show up at a jail and say "hey we're here on behalf of [insert real law enforcement agency here]". You are a for hire inmate transport company, and that's it.

@rJayisawesome4 жыл бұрын
@@whatabouttheearth I am well aware of what US Corrections is. Not once in my comment did I ever infer that Mr. Brijmohan claimed to work for the US Department of Corrections. Which isn't a department that exists, for your information. The Federal Bureau of Prisons does. Anyway, my point is, I never claimed he claimed to work for any specific agency. But in this video he made the statement that 'they' (US Corrections) were recognized by law enforcement as law enforcement or like law enforcement. As a law enforcement officer I can assure you none of us think of US Corrections as law enforcement. We're not disrespectful of them, but I am acutely aware of their status as a private company and that absolute pricks of human beings work for them. They don't vet employees like law enforcement. I have trust issues. So anyway, given that I'm law enforcement, and given my level of intelligence, I don't know what you were thinking leaving a comment on my comment. If you'd like to clarify your position, do so. However, if your reply is like the comment you just left, I'm disinclined to conjoiner with you. Good day, sir or ma'am.

@@rJayisawesome slow down, smarty pants. Truly intelligent people don’t feel the need to reference their own high level of intelligence. That’s something people do when they have a complex, and it’s cringe AF. The commenter never mentioned a “US Department of Corrections”, they only mentioned “Department of Corrections”, which does exist in almost every state. You conflated the two entities referenced in their comment to come up with that non existent department. Also, this may come as a surprise to you, but no matter how many “absolute pricks of human beings” are employed by US Corrections, or any other company for that matter, it could never be more than the amount of those employed by law enforcement. Not that there aren’t good cops, but law enforcement seems to attract the worst human beings like a light attracts flies. It can even be argued law enforcements vetting system actually favors a hole pricks, but in any case it definitely does not work to prevent them. Lastly, I may be wrong, but reading your comments I’m getting the vibe you’re a deputized CO, and not an actual police officer like you’re trying to insinuate… I understand CO’s in some counties are also deputies, and TECHNICALLY considered law enforcement just the same, but “TECHNICALLY” is for the birds. All cops understand and acknowledge the clear difference between deputized CO’s and actual field police officers. Being a deputized CO and insinuating you are a police officer by referring to yourself as “law enforcement” isn’t illegal or even technically incorrect, but it is bad form and misleading to most who don’t understand the difference. In other words, it’s not the same as Jeremy Dewitt’s impersonations but it’s not far off either. So, which is it, I’m genuinely curious to know??

Technically if a prosecutor can demonstrate that it is reasonable to assume you knew your rights at the time of the interview, the interview will be allowed as evidence. The Miranda warning, is only a warning. Your rights are the constitution (bill of rights). For instance the Supreme Court has ruled that an attorney for instance or former law enforcement can be reasonably assumed that they know their rights and it is their responsibility to invoke them when they want to use them. So many people are legal experts, but come off as never having read any trail law in their entire life... They watch an episode of cops so they think they are experts on the consistution.
