It’s pretty crazy how accurate this is. You clearly know your clients well. Most of my life I was stuck on step 1 - I didn’t have the self esteem or belief that I could overcome the challenges. A few years ago with the help of medication and assistance I’ve finally been able to overcome that. Now I am stuck on step 2 - I still self sabotage as a maladaptive coping mechanism to protect myself. I absolutely believe I can overcome the problems now, but I choose not to put of fear and need for safety. This goes in cycles and I downward spiral down a lot, and then it takes me a long time to gradually crawl back up again. I’m at that beginning of that crawl back up today, at least I hope so. Thanks, and keep doing great work with your clients and on this channel. I’m sure people will appreciate it as I have!

I have published 2 books from the same story and am affraid of writing the 3rd one. I started writing another story which is a great story, but can't bring myself to finish it. It's been more than 12 years. Fear is the problem. Fear of failure and of success.
