I'm Arthur Bhutic. I've lived in Northwest South Carolina up through 2019. Then I moved to Houston. I-40 one day must be concrete with a barrier. Must be feeder rds with exit ramps after intersections and entrance ramps before intersections. Must be side rds running opposite directions in the rural area. Railroad tracks around must be raised above grade level. Best for Amtrak. Following a parallel rr tracks must be an above grade level magnetic levitation train line.

I'm Arthur Bhutic! You can still cross into Eastern Time in Alabama! That's on IH 85 entering into the town of Valley which you have more than another 4 miles to Georgia! Also on U.S. 80 entering into the town of Seale! That's just before going into Phenix City by the Georgia State Line!
